Rozmýšľam nad znefunkčnením ERG ventilu. Nechcem ho úplne vymontovať a jediné riešenie, ktoré mi napadá je strčiť gumovú zátku do miesta kde je napojenie na hadicu s kovovým ukončením, teda odkiaľ predpokladám, že nasáva spalibny. Odporučili bx ste iný spôsob?

Našiel som informáciu, že aj trvale zatvorený EGR ventil (teda logicky aj zámerne znefunkčnený) môže spôsobiť problémy. Viď časť If the EGR Valve Sticks Closed.

An EGR valve can fail in two ways: It can be open all the time, or it can be closed all the time.
]If the EGR Valve Sticks Open:
This will cause a continuous flow of exhaust gases into the intake manifold. You'll notice one or more of the following symptoms:
A rough idle upon starting the engine (that is, when the engine is cold) and sometimes at a stop light or while looking for a spot in a parking lot (that is, at low engine speeds in a warmed-up engine).
Stalling when the engine idles.
Increase in fuel consumption.
A slight — or strong — fuel odor while operating the vehicle, because of the increase in hydrocarbons leaving the tailpipe (see the next symptom).
Emissions test failure. When the engine is running at low RPM, lower temperatures in the combustion chambers prevent all the fuel from burning, so the flow of unburned hydrocarbon gases coming out of the tailpipe increases significantly.
The Check Engine light (or Malfunction Indicator Light, MIL, depending on your model) illuminates on your dashboard.
If the EGR Valve Sticks Closed:
This will permanently block the flow of exhaust gases into the intake manifold. You'll notice one or more of the following symptoms:
A pinging or tapping noise coming from the engine at low RPM (at speeds higher than idle). The noise is the sound of early ignition of the fuel when it meets high temperatures.
Loud detonations. A second ignition can happen after the normal ignition, and the two can combine with enough power to potentially cause serious engine damage.
Your car fails the emission test. High temperatures in the combustion chamber allow the excessive formation of oxides of nitrogen, which are released through the tailpipe.
The Check Engine light, or Malfunction Indicator Light (MIL), illuminates on your dashboard.

Ano, to je zpusobeno tim, ze vyfukove plyny jsou inertni a snizuji zapalnost smesi vzduchu a paliva. Takze bez nich, mu7ze dochazet k predcasnemu zapalu > klepani motoru.
NIcmene 75ka ma snad knock sensor aby tohle detekovala a korigovala... a hlavne je otazka zda je treba se toho bat, vzhledem k tomu, ze objem recyrkulovanych plynu se meni, pri maximalnim vykonu obecne byva 0 (protoze chces max vzduchu a max paliva), a tudiz motor musi byt schopen fungovat i bez nich (to mozna souvysi s tim proc se to udajne muze dit v nizkych otackch)...
Nicmene oktanove cislo dnesniho benzinu je docela citelne vyssi nez v minulosti (91, 93 oktanove jsou minulost, primes ethanolu kolem 5% apod) a tedy i nizssi samozapalnost co z toho plyne. Takze bych se klepani zase tak moc nebal.

Benzínové motory v Roverech nikdy v žádné verzi neměly EGR ventil. Mluví se tu jen o naftě....

Uf..... pravdu máš. V8 EGR má... tfuj tajbl. Chápu, že u toho "předpotopního" motoru museli asi trošku bojovat s emisemi, aby ho tam mohli dát

Jinak samozrejme mas pravdu, ze ten koment byl mimo kontext, slo jen o bezprostredni reakci na tema "co negativniho plyne z nefunkcnosti EGR", resp. jaky je jeho prinos a nekoukal jsem, jestli je to vlastne relevantni k resenymu problemu.Re: EGR ventil (starý název : ARG ventil)

Pavle, to mě zas tak moc "nebere", protože to je zas skoro komplet Honda
